BA believes in full alignment of incentives with our equity partners. BA’s principals and team invest alongside our partners under the same joint venture terms of each deal.
BA evaluates opportunities based on the quality of the real estate and market position and then structures each investment to optimize returns under a conservative evaluation of financial risk and potential market fluctuations.
The ability to invest across different property types and markets, and under varied capital structures is central to BA’s investment strategy. This flexibility allows BA to respond to market cycles and provides BA with greater context to evaluate the merits of a given investment against a diverse opportunity set.

BA is led by a talented team of professionals with over 50 years of combined experience spanning acquisitions, development, design, construction, marketing and leasing, asset and property management, finance, and capital markets.
The team’s diverse and extensive skillsets include expertise across multiple property types including residential, office, hotels and resorts, restaurants, retail, and land development.
BA’s leadership has successfully navigated all stages of the real estate investment cycle, including the workout and successful exit of distressed hotel and residential properties during the last downturn.
